Buyer’s Agent
Most people don’t realize that in MO, all real estate professionals represent the seller, unless they have been designated as a “buyer’s agent”.
I represent you alone, even though the seller pays the commission to me. Buyers working with other agents don’t have the option of full representation unless they are working exclusively with a buyer’s agent.

Transaction Brokerage
A transaction broker is someone who assists the parties to a transaction without becoming an advocate for either party, and must remain neutral in the transaction. What this means is that if you already have an agreement to buy or sell real estate and just want to make sure that the paperwork is done properly and get the deal closed, I can help you accomplish this. This is also a less expensive way to sell your home, as we have a fixed price, as opposed to a percentage of the entire sale.
